2. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - All orders place with Ambient Lounge (Australia) Ltd are covered by a 7 day money back guarantee. If within 7 days of receipt you are not satisfied with your order, you are entitled to an identical replacement (if in stock) or a refund of the cost of the goods (excluding all delivery costs) providing the goods have not been used. Goods purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy provided that you have first contacted us within 7 days of the purchase and the goods are then returned in a condition deemed suitable by us for resale. Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty. Please note, we individually check all returns and if we consider the fault to be as a result of self-damage, then a refund will not be given.

For your own protection when returning any goods, we suggest that you use recorded delivery, requiring our signature upon receipt of the goods, as we will not issue refunds for any goods that fail to reach us. 3. WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

In these conditions of sale: The "company" means Ambient Lounge (Australia) Limited; the "purchaser" means the person ordering or buying goods from the company. No contract between the purchaser and the company shall exist until the purchaser's order has been accepted by the company. The order shall be deemed to be accepted once the company has authorised the purchaser's payment. It is the intention of the company that all terms of a contract between the purchaser and the company are contained in this document and in the descriptions of goods provided on the Ambient Lounge website www.ambientlounge.com.au for items. If the purchaser wishes to rely on any variation to these terms he/she is asked to ensure that such variations are confirmed in writing to the company before he/she places an order. To protect your own interests please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

B. Despatch and Payment

Unless otherwise specified the price quoted is the actual item cost. A delivery charge is added to the item separately with the cost displayed within the item description and added at checkout. We deliver to both Australian and Overseas addresses using Australia Post. Delivery times are quoted on the basis that the product is in stock. All orders placed with Ambient Lounge Australia Ltd will be despatched once a week using our designated delivery service.

Orders placed via the company website can be paid with a credit card (Visa and MasterCard). Credit card payments are handled via SecurePay. SecurePay is Australia’s premium Payment Gateway Provider and is used by all the major banks. Your transaction will be processed in real time and you will be advised on the success of your transaction. Ambient Lounge uses carriers and postal services to deliver goods and the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the purchaser through any delay in delivery caused by such companies. If you have taken insurance Ambient Lounge guarantees successful delivery of your items.

C. Retention of Title

The Company and the purchaser agree that title shall transfer to the purchaser only when the goods have been paid for in full. The company shall be entitled to require the purchaser to deliver up the goods until such time that all due payments have been made in full. The purchaser shall store the goods free of charge and in a manner to ensure the goods are safe from theft and damage.

D. Risk

As soon as the company has delivered the goods, the purchaser is responsible for them, until such time as the goods are delivered back to the company or the company's agent, in the event of cancellation or refund

E. Circumstances beyond our Control

The company reserves the right to cancel, vary or suspend the operation of contracts of sales if events occur which are beyond our control including (and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) fire, floods, storm, plant breakdown, lock-outs, riots, industrial action which prevents entry to premises, hostilities, non-availability of materials or supplies or any event outside the control of the company and the company shall not be held liable for any breach of contract resulting from such an event.

F. Law

These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with Australian law.

4. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE BEAN BAG I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

Demand for our bean bags has been very high and despite our best intentions, we may temporarily be out of stock of some items or colours. Our automated ordering service will not allow orders to process when there are stock-outs. Please contact us to find out how long we may be out of stock and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
