Rec. Filling Instructions: The Conversion Lounger takes 2 x 6 cu ft. of beans, but this may vary a little depending on the filling mix. There two sections to be filled. The bottom section of the product needs to be filled fairly loosely to prevent bulging when used in the folded 'seat’ position, whilst the seat section should be filled just enough to hold shape - but have a lot of give when you are seated on it.
Step 1. Open the bottom section compartment (using a zip tool or paper clip)and pull out the Funnelweb tube from inside the product. Zip the Funnelweb bag of beans onto the tube and lift the bag of beans to allow the filling to run into the beanbag. Once you have filled to around 80%, unzip the Funnelweb Bag of beans and set the remaining beans to one side. Zip the tube closed and push it inside the beanbag then can close the zipper.
Step 2. Follow the same process with the seating section of the beanbag, filling it to a level that suits your requiremdents. Leaving the Funnelweb Bag of beans still attached, test the seat by pushing down with your hands to make sure it will sink down considerably when one is sitting on it. you can then add or remove beans until the comfort level suits you, then unzip the Funnelweb Bag and zip closed the opening to the beanbag seat. Set any remaining beans to one side, as these can be zipped closed and stored away for future topping up as your bean filling settles and compresses over time

Goods purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy detailed below provided that you have first contacted us within 14 days of delivery and the goods are then returned in a condition deemed suitable by us for restocking. If you consider your product to be faulty for any reason, or if you received a wrong item/size, please contact us immediately. Please include photos of damage or incorrect item received so we are able to assist you to our greatest extent. If it is deemed a factory defect or by any means caused by a mistake from our USA logistics team, ambient lounge will collect the goods, in the original packaging, via FedEx and arrange the return of the product. A replacement or the correct item/size will then be shipped to the customer.
For non-faulty goods:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your ambient lounge product. We encourage you to try a different cover and our customer service team is happy to help you find the perfect piece for your home!
We are happy to facilitate a replacement or exchange if the desired item is in stock, please note a price difference may apply. Alternatively, we can issue a refund of the cost of goods minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. For non-faulty returns, all returned or exchanged products must be 100% complete in original packaging, unused, in resalable condition, and free from damage.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. It is the customer’s choice if they would like the return the filling. If the filling is returned the 15% restocking fee will be waived, and therefore a refund will be issued for the cost of goods minus original shipping costs.
