Bonded PU leather or reconstituted leather is a term used for partially synthetic leather. It is a synthetic material made of varying types polyurethane that is spread over ground-up leather, mechanically processed to give the appearance and feel of leather, but at reduced cost. Depending on your taste and budget, some people can prefer the look of the bonded leather and find it difficult to tell apart from the genuine leather. We will not be unethical and call bonded leather 'real leather' like some companies out there attempt to do. However, bonded leather also comes in varying qualities and processes. Rec. Filling Instructions: The Tivoli Lounger takes approx 12 cu ft of beans, but this may vary a little depending on the filling mix. The back of the product needs to be filled tightly, whilst the base should be quite giving and slightly baggy in order to be uber comfortable. Note that the ‘Ambient Lounge’ label should be on the right hand side of the product which means that the sofa is correctly positioned.
Step 1. Open the back compartment (using a zip tool or paper clip) and pull out the Funnelweb tube from inside the product. Zip the Funnelweb bag of beans onto the tube and lift the bag of beans to allow the filling to run into the beanbag. As you do this, massage and pat the outside of the beanbag to ensure you work the beans past the internal strapping and get as much filling in there as you can. Once you have filled to capacity, unzip the Funnelweb Bag of beans, (leaving a little still in the tube), and set the remaining beans to one side. Zip the tube closed and push it inside the beanbag until you can close the zipper. The beanbag back should now be tight and firm.
Step 2. Follow the same process with the seating section of the beanbag, but now make sure that you only fill it to around 80% full. Leaving the Funnelweb Bag of beans still attached, test the seat by pushing down with your hands to make sure it will sink down considerably when one is sitting on it. you can then add or remove beans until the comfort level suits you, then unzip the Funnelweb Bag and zip closed the opening to the beanbag seat.

If within 14 days of receipt you are not satisfied with your order, you are entitled to an exchange or replacement (if in stock) or a refund of the cost of the goods (excluding all shipping and/or delivery costs) providing the goods have not been used.
Goods purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy detailed below provided that you have first contacted us within 14 days of delivery and the goods are then returned in a condition deemed suitable by us for restocking. Please note that we cannot refund any cost for shipping that you may have paid unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty.

If you consider your product to be faulty for any reason, or if you received a wrong item/size, please contact us immediately. Please include photos of damage or incorrect item received so we are able to assist you to our greatest extent. If it is deemed a factory defect or by any means caused by a mistake from our logistics team, ambient lounge will provide a FedEx label to collect the goods, in the original packaging. A replacement or the correct item/size will then be shipped to the customer.
For non-faulty goods:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your ambient lounge product. We encourage you to try a different cover and our customer service team is happy to help you find the perfect piece for your home!
We are happy to facilitate a replacement or exchange if the desired item is in stock, please note a price difference may apply. Alternatively, we can issue a refund of the cost of goods minus shipping. For non-faulty returns, all returned or exchanged products must be 100% complete in original packaging, unused, in resalable condition, and free from damage. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
Once return product is received, inspected and proven as unused, free of any damage and in good condition, a refund will be issued. All returns should be sent back to Topper Plastics Inc., 461 E. Front Street Covina, California, 91723.
