Can i change my order if i change my mind?

Certainly, you can change your order at no cost providing it has not been filled or dispatched already. Should you wish to make a change then please contact us via phone or email quoting your order number.

What is your returns policy?

As a valued customer we would like you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase of high quality ambient lounge goods. We are sure you will agree that our soft furniture and premium fabrics are the world's best, but in case there is any problem with your order, we offer a 7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

If within 7 days of receipt you are not satisfied with your order, you are entitled to a replacement (if in stock) or a refund of the cost of the goods (excluding all delivery costs) providing the goods have not been used. Goods purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy provided that you have first contacted us within 7 days of the purchase and the goods are then returned in a condition deemed suitable by us for restocking. Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty. 

Our QC team individually check and assess all returns and if we consider the fault to be as an obvious result of self-damage, then a refund cannot be given.

For faulty goods/wrong product or size received:

If you consider your product to be faulty for any reason, or if you received a wrong item/size, please contact us immediately to discuss. Photos are a great help if you can provide them for us to check on our end. If it is agreed as a factory defect or by any means caused by a mistake from our USA logistics team, Ambient Lounge will collect the goods (should be in original packaging) via FedEx and arrange the return from the customer. Identical replacement then will be shipped out again to the customer’s address.

For non-faulty goods:

For non-faulty return, all returned or exchanged products must be 100% complete in original packaging, unused, in resalable condition, and free from any self-damage. All non-faulty returns should be sent back to Prime Global Solutions 360, Corporate Headquarters 15805 E. Valley Blvd. City of Industry, CA 91744 by the customer and should be of customer’s expense. 

Please note that we individually inspect all returns and if we consider the fault to be as a result of self-damage, then a full refund will not be given. However, a partial refund or replacement product may be issued depending on the case at hand. Please note that we cannot refund any cost of postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty. 

Please note it’s likely viable that only the ambient lounge covers can be returned to our warehouse and the bean filling will be kept by the customer on their discretion if they will keep or dispose it. In the unlikely event the customer would like to return the filling the cost of that return will be borne by the customer via their own courier.

Please notify us prior to the day that you will return the goods so we can process the return.

For non-faulty goods received by our warehouse, once inspected and proven as unused and free of any damage and in new condition, the goods will be re-stocked or re-allocated and the customer will be refunded (excluding shipping fee they paid). Customer will be charged a 15% return/restocking fee if they request Ambient Lounge to arrange the pick up of return.

For your own protection when returning any goods, we suggest that you use recorded delivery, requiring our signature upon receipt of the goods, and also pack in original packaging as we will not issue refunds for any goods that fail to reach us. What happens if the bean bag i want is out of stock?

Demand for our bean bags has been very high and despite our best intentions, we may temporarily be out of stock of some items or colours. Our automated ordering service will not allow orders to process when there are stock-outs. Please contact us to find out how long we may be out of stock and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Is it safe to buy online with ambient lounge?

Your purchase is secure with us. Ambient Lounge is an online retailer of designer bean bags. We aren't a bank. That is why we use most trusted payment provider - Shopify Payments (Powered by Stripe) & PayPal to process our transactions. We have full SSL certification please take note of the padlock on the ordering page.

What if i want to purchase in quantity?

We have many requests for functions and multi-purchases. We offer discount on such bulk purchases to private consumers and non-wholesale businesses. If you would like to enquire about a bulk discount, please use our contact form only orders of 10 or more will be considered for any discounts.
