Vespertine – Los Angeles, CA Restaurant Featured In Wallpaper Magazine
Striking in form, the building’s curvilinear facade is inhabited by Vespertine, a 22-seat experimental restaurant helmed by chef Jordan Kahn. Located in a former industrial zone in Culver City, California, this industrial backdrop contributes to the chef’s aspiration to disrupt modern day dining.
Promising to blur the line between architecture and food, Vespertine’s tasting menu-only concept brings together wide ranging influences from astronomy to architect Eric Owen Moss’ own manifestos in edible form.
The interior is fit with custom-built steel banquette seating and translucent acrylic tabletops, while its rooftop offers a more casual space for enjoying cocktails and the architectural view. The casual rooftop atmosphere can be attributed to designer ambient lounger’s paired with custom wood platforms and tables. Juxtaposed with the sharp red architectural features of the building provides Vespertine press-worthy Los Angeles rooftop dining experience.
